Room was dirty. The housekeeper was wonderful and tried to make up for it as best she could. Sofa bed was basically box springs only.. no padding at all to call a mattress. Barely got any sleep. CozySuites - William
There was no working tv and no one on the premises to help. There was construction out side the building and they started running a jackhammer at 5 am. Drunk football fans keep us up till 3 am partying.
