白廳海灘飯店，旅行前必看！

「The place is beautiful! Right on Lake Michigan with the best sunsets Iv ever seen. Although the pool was great and shuffleboard was cool the WiFi didn’t work at all and I couldnt get any service on my phone. Normally I wouldn’t complain but there also wasn’t a tv. So there was nothing for my ten year old son and I could do after dark. I don’t think anyone checked in on us to ask how our stay was going or if we needed anything. 「The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was worn and tired. While it was “clean,” it was overly perfumed—I think to cover up more unpleasant smells. The bathroom smelled of urine. The air conditioner did not cool the room. The breakfast was lacking compared to other hotels in the chain. I’ve never had a breakfast at a hotel where they dictated things like only taking one yogurt. When I reserved the room, the price indicated the hotel would be a typical chain...

「Not the cleanest hotel. Staff were frustrated when I was checking in due to the elevators being down. I was checked in very quickly. Debit card was swiped for security deposit and then I was handed a key. No explanation to where my room was, what the room number is, or where anything was. Was told pool and elevators were down and no idea when they would be back up. Our room was not the cleanest, bathroom looked freshly used but our beds were made 😊. 「We went to Grand Haven to spend one day at the beautiful beach and then we wanted a place to spend the night before driving back home the next day.
