"The staff was super rude, proceeded to charge extra the next day then the amount they previously mentioned in the bill for parking, saying they add some sort of transit fees that is not related to them whatsoever, and I have never heard of such taxes at other chain hotels. they also told us the rooms on the top floor were booked a year in advance, when all rooms showed availability while I was booking a week in advance…. Overall the room was decent we did book their best room, but staff was not accommodating , and hotel itself is very small and there is alot of maintenance happening. Elevator also barely works."

"The room was spacious and clean - and I was given a free upgrades which never happens for me, so I am very appreciative! The breakfast is also top notch compared to the offerings in the few hotels that do a continental breakfast. "
