Hyatt Grand Central New York
"The location was the main reason for booking this hotel. We got around the city easily. The room was nice, standard stuff. The elevators. As many as there were, were slow and somewhat confusing. Better signage on each one would help guide people which ones will go to which floors."

Lotte New York Palace
"Check in and out experience was very slow. In a group and many of us had mini bar charges added in error that had to be removed ( again very slow) The room was tired and sort of clean. The lobby is stunning and the bar was nice. Cafe in the lobby had good service but was expensive"
