"We found this Hotel to be a great value
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean They don’t have a breakfast neither do they have a swimming pool and the rooms are small., but the price is so good that it is still a very good value"
"The check in staff was rude. I had to wait a week to get my deposit back. My family got together rented 3 rooms so we could hang out together and utilize their pool. Front desk clerk started saying well we can’t have you coming and going. She acted like we were a burden for her property for a weekend stay. What a waste we were on edge worried about making a mistake and getting our deposits taken even though the furniture is stained closet doors broken and a dirty cloudy pool. What a horrible experience. Shame on the lady that checked us in and shame on the management."
"Very nice accomodations. Has a large indoor pool and hot tub, and a breakfast that is so good - better than any restaurant we have stayed in. Nice outside patio, and an ice cream/pizza store right inside the hotel. We love staying here to see concerts at the Blue Gate Theater, which is just a walk across the parking lot!"
"They had a “be back in 5 minutes” sign up when we arrived. They were gone WELL over 5 mins. We had to wait an hour for someone to check us in. We had to ring the bell multiple times, at least 5. Then the man who checked us in was rude, like he was upset we were ruining his “me time.” The elevator was broken which made it hard to bring all our items upstairs, & I am disabled. There was makeup on the bedsheets, confetti on our floor, and a sticky substance on our coffee table. There was barely any toilet paper in our room. There were very visible and poorly repaired patches on the bathroom wall in multiple places. The worst part though? Someone actually WALKED INTO OUR ROOM - keyed themselves in - and said “OH I THOUGHT THIS WAS EMPTY.” We checked out before the night was through and will NEVER rent from Sleep Inn in Elkhart again. $112 for ONE night and they couldn’t even bother to give us more than a few sheets of toilet paper - let alone clean the room at all it seems. Horrible Hotel. Do not suggest. "
