「The breakfast attendant was AMAZING! She talked us through all the breakfast options, checked on us to make sure everything was good, and had fresh food out regularly. She made us feel welcome, and like we were at a home away from home.
The hotel was also very clean, and the cleanliness of the pool area was impressive. The hot tub was the perfect temperature.
The front desk staff was so welcoming, and so were all other staff.

「We came to WBL to visit family and were able to get extra wristbands for the pool upon check-in. That evening, our family brought over some take-out dinner and the 8 of us (only two were guests of the hotel) were able to use the breakfast area to have dinner and visit for a while. Both Kimberly and Claudette at the front desk were wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The breakfast was hearty and tasty and the whole experience was great.
