"Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and catered to all our needs. The hotel staff made planning excursions extremely easy and went through lengths to ensure that our stay was magnificent. The hotel picked us up from airport and dropped us off at the sea port when we were checking out. Highly recommend booking this place. Oh and the hot tub was clean, fully functional, and the staff gave us a tour of our room the first night. Overall we loved the stay. Cannot begin to thank the staff enough. Hotel wifi was good, easy to access, and we loved every second of our stay in Santorini. Thanks again miss Georgia for being such a great staff member at Symphony Suites."

"We arrived at Grand View after having a bad experience at another place. What a difference we had here. The lady on reception (Sophia I think) was so welcoming and informative. We booked some activities with her. She had info about the island, beaches, places to eat and then got staff to show us to our room and take our luggage. The room was amazing. Spotless and spacious. The views were incredible and the balcony was a perfect finishing touch. We spent 3 nights in the lux suite and 3 nights in the honeymoon suite. Both were amazing so I'd recommend either. The staff were always on hand and couldn't do enough; from front desk, to cleaners, restaurant staff and maintenance. I didn't get the guys name who runs the pool bar and restaurant but he is an asset to the hotel. One of the best experiences of customer care, hospitality and their amazing use of the property they have. If I come back to Santorini, this is where I am staying. Take my advice and book here."

"Our stay at Elements of Caldera was absolutely exceptional. The moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and given a short tour of our room, the bar, and breakfast area. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine which is a nice touch. Our suite was spotless as well as beautifully designed. The bed was comfortable and the pool overlooking the Aegean was breathtaking. Breakfast each morning was very fresh, personalized, and plentiful. The view from the breakfast terrace is amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful making suggestions if needed. For this property and location you do need to rent a car, which we did. There is parking available at the property. We would most definitely stay here again!"
