「A most excellent hotel which faces the sea front at Weston-Super-Mare and is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre. Staff are very friendly, most helpful and professional. Breakfast is hot and superb with a wide variety. Dinner is excellent with different choices each evening. Often good English food, such as Hake, Turkey and roast vegetables etc. The starter choices are good and the startersoups are very tasty indeed. The puddings are splendid. Tea and coffee is included in the price...

「All aspects of the stay were very good - staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Check in took quite a long time - at one point, there were seven people in cue to check in with the one receptionist - BUT my guess is that this was an exception. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.」

「Hotel is located in city centre with bright nightlife with restaurants and shops nearby, but parking is a big problems though you may park at central station. Room is clean but facilities are old, better with updated renovation.」

「Firstly all clients should be informed about parking, outside car parking is always full and without any space available, if u want you can park inside the hotels yard but u need to pay12£ per night ‘ that’s fine but should be on the website this fee as well . Per total the experience was really nice.」

「Stayed for business and I have stayed here a few times. The main reason I stay is for the gym. It is much better equipped than most hotel gyms. I do think it is a bit much to charge hotel residents £7.50 for parking per night. If you are staying and paying a pretty penny for the privilege then the car parking should be included. I haven't eaten at the restaurant so cannot comment on the food. Overall a nice hotel. 」
