「Staff was most helpful and the overall stay was good」

「Easy parking right in front of the building. Well lit at night. But it is right on a very busy road so there is a lot of traffic noise that I heard even from a room facing the back of the building. If you need ice you have to get it from the office and after they close at 9:00 p.m. you can no longer get ice. I think they should have an ice machine for people to use after hours. The rooms were all fully remodeled and very clean and very nice. Hot water worked well in the shower.」

「No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. 」
