「We had a great stay at Taos Valley Lodge! We got to bring our dog with us and the room was super clean! I was so impressed with how nice the room was honestly! I couldn’t recommend this place more, especially for the price point :) 」

「The property is older, has been remodeled, but very poorly. A lot of amenities were not working scheduled a personalized soak and the tub wasn’t working. The tub in the bathroom cold water handle broke a lot of water damage around the toilet and shower area」

「No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. 」
