"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"I stayed in the Coastal Tower. I know that is the oldest and I think the cheapest towers but they need to make some updates"

"While waiting to check-in, another guest complained to the desk about blood in the bed. The toilet didn’t flush in the first room given to me. The second room did not have hand soap or any body wash. The indoor pool was clean and relaxing. I will not be staying here again anytime soon."

Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino

"Stayed in the Dennis Tower. "DON'T" wood furniture so old it had chips where you could get splinters if you didn't pay attention. Opened closet door and could hear the wood cracking. Bathroom was ok had a hole around the sprinkler which looked like work wasn't completed. Toilet handle was hanging off tank had to adjust every time we used until maintenance finally came."

"Not a well maintained establishment. Public restrooms weren't open, hotel room was not well cleaned, halls were disgusting, and parking is a joke! Got a "violation" 55 min after parking. No where does it say pay ASAP or get a violation for double the cost of parking. Worst"

"Everything was great even the “smoking” rooms were spotless ! The view & room are amazing , the whole building caters to all travelers whether you’re the type to step out every chance you have or if you’re more reserved & would just like to stay on the property, it’s perfect for both with all the amenities & restaurants / entertainment it offers . Great stay , the bathhouse is to die for!!"
