Unfortunately, my daughter’s finger got stuck in the door. Thankfully, she wasn’t injured very badly, but it was a very scary moment for us. No questions asked at all - she's a very small dog though. it was a small but comfy room, bed was nice and soft as I like it. only issues are the towel which were clean but old and quit thin, and the TV which had pretty much no channels on it - not that that is a deal breaker these days as I'm generally too busy Workington watch tv anyway.」
