「Schöne Zimmer und bequemes Bett Freundliches Personal Frühstück ist okay alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Das eigentliche Highlight ist das hervorragende Abendessen. Dies ist jeden Tag was besonderes gewesen.」

「Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). 「Das ganze Hotel war sauber, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, wenn doch mal was daneben ging. Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam. Das wars aber auch schon mit positiven Erfahrungen. Essen könnte besser sein, da ist man von RIU anderes gewöhnt. Der Innenpool ist Miniklein und schließt zudem 18:00 Uhr...was soll denn der Quatsch??? Auch der Außenpool konnte nach 18:00 Uhr nicht mehr benutzt werden. Heizung stand auf Winterbetrieb, keine klimaanlage möglich. Nachts...

「The hotel territory is outstanding! Breakfast, amenities and facilities were on top! Old money vibes. The only area for improvement is more soundproof walls in the rooms.」
