「Staff is very nice and professional. The are is a bit loud but they kindly provided ear plugs. Facilities are kept clean and beds are comfy. The coffee in the rooms could be better they taste like water so you will need to find better coffee . 「After trying to charge my EV at a public station which failed, decided to stay and made reservation. On the way there, i ran completely out of power right in front of The Kent. Ethan, the valet person, saw it happen and helped me push my car to a safe parking space without even knowing I was going to be a guest. Battery, including reserve, was completely drained.
