"Large dated hotel, smaller rooms and not great sound proofing. Super friendly staff, great location to access local amenities. Only valet parking was available for a hefty fee. Clean surroundings and felt incredibly safe and inviting to explore around town at any hour. "

"When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. My entire check-in took less than 3 minutes and was hassle-free. The staff were great, answered any questions we had, and were prompt when we needed extra towels or other assistance. The room was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and we had a great view. The breakfast buffet was fresh, and there was a staff member present to keep the buffet area stocked and clean. The pool area was very clean, and the water seemed like it was a heated pool. I'll use this particular hotel anytime I return to Monroeville in the future. Great stay."

"The swimming pool is what made me want to stay there and it was not anything like the picture. I was in the pool maybe 15 minutes the 5 days I was there. My family members didn’t want to even go in the pool. Room could have been cleaned better. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Parking was fine "

"Terrible, do not recommend, unclean rooms and staff was not helpful at all, called 4 times to get towels and bed sheets before it finally arrived, very outdated facility that feels as if it has not been maintained, "
