「For a 340nzd/night hotel, totally unacceptable. While the reception staff was friendly and helpful, the condition of the room preparation and facility was shockingly bad. * No Shampoo in the room * The casing of the air conditioner is open, exposing internal compartments and components. It appears someone might be fixing or cleaning it, but the job is unfinished and it was left open. * The room's air conditioner was incredibly loud and made a constant, rapid ticking noise while running.

「Everything is good, however we had experience that all the power was shut down because of the strong wind that clashed on the electric power in the morning. Lucky we were checked out and not sure how quick they can be fixed.」

「Although the room was small, it was well equipped with everything we needed. The common kitchen provided all the utensils, making it convenient for us to prepare meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth even though we arrived late. Overall, a comfortable stay」

「The overall staying experiences are barely fine based on the pricing.」

「Great experience overall and amazingly helpful and friendly staff」

「The owner is very friendly and provides all the necessary information. The room is well-equipped, spacious, clean, and confortable. The location is perfect. Highly recommended!」

「Perfect location where restaurants are nearby. Bus station and glacier hike building within 1 min walk. Room is spacious and tidy. Toilet is clean and the shampoo and washing gel provided are refreshing. However, wifi is quite unstable or maybe the room is far from the lobby.」
