"Nice hotel for a quick trip to Cleveland. Clean and comfortable., a bit noisy, but there seemed to be a high school sports team staying there so might not be that way all the time…"

"Garbage left in room from previous guest. Not enough towels. Request for more never taken care of. Request for cups & ice bucket, was told by front desk “no idea go ask bartender”. Bartender was very nice. Went in search of ice bucket and filled it. Ever told At check in that we could not get in door by pool and had to back track with all of our luggage to get to inside door. Pool & hot tub were very dirty the next morning. Overall staff disregarded us as guests."

"Bathroom floor and tile coving was quite dirty. Towels tiny. Bed squeeky. Desk worn out with holes that were spackled. Slept ok. Inexpensive, for a reason. Coffee, but no breakfast. Location was our main reason for choosing this hotel. Just so so."

"Room was okay. Tv did not work let staff know they said they would come look at it no one showed up! Let staff know the next day they said not their problem. We were traveling with kids and it would have been nice if they at least acted like they cared! We will not be staying here again!"
