"Checking in at night with Derrick was great. He helped with restaurant recommendations that turned out perfectly. Wanted to tip him in link sent in the morning but it only listed the morning staff to tip and they were worthless. Sorry we couldn't have done more for Derrick. The room needs to be closed ..."
