「Stay overnight for early flight in brisbane. Great property. Love the smell!!」

「Good location, closed to Westfield shopping mall including two supermarkets. There are bus station nearby and take for 20 mins to reach the town, convenient.」

「Breakfast was an excellent start to the day - baked oatmeal - fresh fruit - toast - home made marmalade - hot tea or herbal drinks」

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「Does not disappoint! Enjoyed our stay here again and looking forward to our next visit. Clean rooms and professional kind staff! Breakfast is fantastic!」

I booked a total of two days but on the first day of my stay I asked the front desk for a refund for the second day. The receptionist that night was for a lady and she was very nice in resolving...

「We appreciated the self service laundry and they were so sweet acknowledging our honeymoon at check in and accommodating us getting our room a tad early. It is a wedding venue so if youre there on a wedding weekend expect a wait for the elevator, potentially some loud noise, and you have to utilize a paid carpark.」

「The painting hanging on the hotel room walls.」
