"When you walk in the place is nice. However staff was having issues with their system so even though my info was on their computer I still had to fill out paperwork which resulted in me being charged more than what was pre-reserved. The room given had burn holes in the furniture and the pressure in the shower was lower than that of the sink. Overall I would still give them another chance considering the circumstances."

"Amazing location and so convenient if you’re going to the Paycom Center (it’s right across the street). Staff were friendly. Only con is the elevators can be a bit slow when they have a lot of guests. "

"The lobby was slammed about an hour after check-in opened, but luckily there was a bar in the lobby where we could kill time. Once the line died down we were able to check-in quickly and the staff who checked us in were very nice even after dealing with such a large rush of folks! It's also so close to the OKC arena and it was the perfect place to stay on gameday."

"Filthy. I understand stuff being older and my expectations were low due to the price, but everything was filthy and gross. The staff weren’t rude, but weird and they dropped another deposit on me and then proceeded to bash Expedia and online booking and the people that use online booking before they handed me the key. I just wanted to sleep. Once I saw the room I went and got my sleeping bag because I didn’t want to catch herpes on this trip. May be a better idea to tear it down and rebuild it as a hospitality college for hotel staff. If you do I have two people I would like to recommend for students."

"It was just too loud on the first floor fairly close to the main lobby. It echoed when the employees would speak and then all the kids screaming out there super early"
