"The staff were super friendly and great to work with. The bathroom in our room had moisture stains on the floor and on the side of the tub. The inside of the tub also had dark stains. The shower control was super finicky and the tab wouldn’t stay up on the spout, in order to keep the water pressure at its highest. The max water pressure, (when the tab was held up,) wasn’t ideal, but it wasn’t unexpected for a hotel. Also, there were only a few outlets available to us. Almost every outlet was occupied with wires to various devices, tv, coffee, lights, etc.."

"Really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a mini fridge. Suggest getting refillable cup at Johnny rockets - sodas are 6 bucks each everywhere. Margaritas are 3 bucks so that’s a bonus. I had a great trip and will rebook for Excalibur. "

"The room was clean. It could have used a dusting however. The AC was not working in our room. They were quick to send an engineer to fix this. We never received housekeeping service during our entire stay and therefore had to call for extra towels. Overall it was good but not excellent. The best part about the hotel is the central location. "
