「excellent location, the room is clean with beautiful view, just next to supermarket also」

「位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。」

「酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。」

「Very nice location / room is also nice / free parking. The only thing is, whoever lives above you makes noise, you can hear it from the room.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」

「Didn't know a nursing home is included till we saw many elders but it's fine. 30 sec from the bus station and the hotel will give you a free bus card. Very convenient to get to train station then other cities. 」

「坦白说，作为五星级酒店，洲际酒店很让我失望。房间很小，和国内四星级差不多。没有什么特别奢华的感觉。价格算成人民币也要3000多，国内同等价位任何一家酒店都可以完爆它。地理位置也很一般，旁边有5路公交车连接机场和市区火车站等地，公交车站名就是intercontinental。唯一的优点就是靠近日内瓦湖和联合国总部吧。我觉得作为联合国差旅人员住比较合适，旅游度假的人还是算了。」

「We are honeymoon trip, the hotel offered luxery room for us and well prepared environment, this makes us a memorable trip. The seeview is good outside our room. Overall, i am highly recommeded to visitors about this hotel.」
