"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "I had a great time here! The staff are SO friendly here, it was wonderful. If you have mobility issues, I would not book here. The stairs are very narrow and the walk from the road to the property is a bit far, and to check out you need to go to the hotel across the street. Huge shout out to the taxi driver, Joao,who was absolutely amazing!!! He was for friendly and made my day so much better by helping me go to the gondola and to the train station with a foot that is healing from a recent...
