As a frequent guest due to my proximity to the location, I have consistently been impressed by the staff's warmth and hospitality. It truly feels like returning home when I am greeted by their friendly smiles. On one occasion, a minor issue arose when my boyfriend's hair dye stained the towels and shower curtain. Upon being informed during my subsequent stay, I was quite embarrassed. However, the owner addressed the matter with remarkable understanding and kindness.
