"The hotel looked promising at first, but the overall experience was disappointing and not worth what we paid. The rooms were okay, but the walls were paper-thin and you could hear everything — hallway noise, neighboring rooms, and constant activity all day and night. Customer service was a major letdown. The valet was consistently slow and seemed completely uninterested, with little sense of urgency or concern for guests. The hotel also felt overcrowded at all times. One reason we chose this hotel was the Starbucks on-site, thinking it would make breakfast easy. Instead, the line never seemed to drop below 20 people, and waiting 30–45 minutes for coffee or food became the norm. To top it off, we found ants in our room. Between the noise, crowds, poor service, and lack of attention to basic cleanliness, the stay was frustrating and not an experience we would repeat."
