「The property was formerly a Best Western but now an IHG affiliate with the new name. Gotta say the overall experience was a step up from the former hotel.」

「Very clean. Like the breakfast. We stay at Holiday Inn Express whenever possible.」

「The room was extremely dirty. There were leftover clothes and other items in the drawers, and after showering, there was a puddle of water left on the floor. Overall, it was very unpleasant and disappointing. However, the staff was friendly and courteous.」

「Room wasn’t ready when arrived at 4:30PM. Had to wait for room to be cleaned. Staff member at desk was friendly but when he called about cleaning room you could hear the person he was speaking with & they were nasty. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Waffle batter was so thick it was having trouble coming out. No juice. Biscuits were hard from being over baked almost burnt. Parking was fine. 」

Check in was a breeze and there were no problems. If the food was getting low Casey was there to fill it up again. If we ever go back to Kansas we will definitely stay there again. 」
