"I loved our stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise. The staff were so helpful and informative. Our room was clean and they made our bed daily and gave us fresh towels daily. Housekeeping was so kind and helpful as well. They also helped us on our last day when we needed someplace to change and clean up before our late flight and after their hours of room check out. "

Our glass patio door fell off the rails and was blowing in the wind 11 floors above the pool below. After multiple attempts to call the front desk for help, I resorted to calling 911. Do not book this hotel."
