「I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the hotel cleanliness and feeling right at home at The Heritage Inn. Its an old fashion hotel that has class & makes you feel welcome everytine you arrive. And their breakfast, which was included, was phenomenal....very well made & delicious. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a loved one with you like your mother or father....the hotel majes you feel at home.」

「Rooms was clean and had everything we needed. Having Dennys attached to the hotel was incredible convenient with them being open all hours and serving something for everyone, we had dinner and breakfast there and everyone enjoyed the food and the staff there were great also. Great location just minutes away from where we needed to be and close to anything you could need in Cranbrook. Would definately stay at this Sandman again for the great location and easy access to food at the Dennys.」
