"Beautiful spot to just sit back and relax after spending a week in very busy Rome. San Lucido is definitely a “hidden gem” in Calabria. We had both dinner and breakfast in the “sun room”. The food was excellent and the service top notch. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. Loved everything about our stay."

Very attentive and responsive. Valeria herself picked me up at the train station and drove me to her wonderful hotel that is located at the center of the city, next to shops, restaurants and walking distance to the Santuario of San Francesco di Paola. "The place is old but very confortable. Sea view room comes with a balcony (if requested). There are limited restaurant facilities and the breakfast is a par below what it should be, in my opinion, but otherwise, overall, very nice place."

"The staff were very friendly. It was quiet and clean. Breakfasts were fabulous and included amazing gluten free croissants for those who need it. Really wanted to eat at the Pagoda but it was closed for the season in October which was disappointing but found lots of yummy places within waking distance in town. Highly recommend."
