Vittorio is an amazing super host. Can't thank him enough for his hospitality and making us feel right at home. He stayed in contact with us until we reached Scalea by train. He then picked us up at the station and drove us back when we left. His rooms are sparkling clean, spacious and have beautifully tiled, large bathrooms. Breakfast was the best which was cooked personally by Vittorio... scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, toast, croissants, ham and cheese AND the most delicious coffee any way you...

Amazing place and restaurant Beautiful setting

La Suite del Faro sits in a residential area on a hill with outstanding views of Scalea and the sea. The outdoor area is a beautiful large terrace, where we enjoyed a splendid breakfast served by the hosts. The room felt luxurious with a very comfortable bed, mini fridge, and great bathroom. The owner had taken extra measures to insure the room's cleanliness during pandemic times. Parking is in an enclosed garage below the house; guests are given a fob for independent access to it. It is a...

My family of 4 stayed in the mansard rooms. It was a perfect two bedroom set up with a private bath and sitting room for us to share. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was nice and cool compared to other places we stayed in Italy. The owner was nice and helpful. He recommended a delicious restaurant that we loved. He also offered for he and his wife to cook dinner and I wish we had stayed a second night to do that. The breakfast provided in the morning was simple...

Roberto is an incredibly nice guy, I had an amazing stay.

Fantastic resort. Dani, the manager, was incredible. We arrived late afternoon after a long drive and Dani was so kind and generous. We had a delicious dinner and the room was lovely. Breakfast was great too with another staff member. Highly recommend!

We want to thank Andrea, he allowed us to check in early and was so friendly. The location is great near the sea, with views of the water from many rooms. The onsite parking for our car was helpful. The staff was great and helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was good size and good bathroom. The breakfast was simple but felt like homemade and very comfortable. Thanks for making us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms all had balcony. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained.

Location and relatively new

I did a 28 night backpacking trip through Europe & had the privilege of staying here for 2 of those nights. If I could’ve cancelled the rest of my trip & stayed here the whole time, I would’ve. It was the mostly beautiful & authentic italian experience. Maria Theresa was an excellent host - she is always available to help, made sure checks-in was easy & made my stay unforgettable. There is also a beautiful restaurant right around the corner that serves the most amazing italian food. It is...

Nice little hotel and great bakery. I was a little concerned when we drove up but don’t let the exterior deter you. They are doing some renovations but it did not impact our stay at all. We had three rooms in the renovated area. Excellent showers good water pressure excellent air-conditioning excellent bedding. Added to that they have a wonderful bakery downstairs with fresh croissants.

Excellent! Staff was so helpful and kind. Room was spacious and clean. Balcony overlooked beach and sunset was gorgeous. Could not have been any better for a quick get away! Thank you and I’ll be back! Highly recommend for a quieter beach trip

Best hotel in Paola with great location near the storic centre and the Santuario of San Francesco.

The hotel was great from the food to the service. Everyone was very kind and treated us like family. They even picked us up at the train station in Paola and drove us to attractions we wanted to see! We couldn’t have asked for better service and a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on visiting this area with their loved ones.

My room was beautiful located facing the romantic ocean in Italy our continental breakfast was truly wonderful homemade bake goods the location was perfect owners friendly we will certainly return
