「Horrible stay... Wanted to check out immediately, but unfortunately at this dates there were no other apartments available in the city. Very uncomfortable bed, smelly sheets, the air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work. Very small shower cabin, very uncomfortable shower head. Extremely noisy in the morning from the neighbours, impossible to sleep after 7am. In general - don't waste your money.」

「Well organized apartment with everything you need for cooking and washing. The shower is a religious experience! Brand new and very comfortable on a ped-only street. Restaurants below but noise not an issue. Only drawback is 35 stairs- not great for old knees. Highly recommend!」

「The pictures do not lie, beautiful room, beautiful view and the quaint, little balcony was wonderful. There are black out shutters which is great for sleeping in. Great location, a few mins from Piazza Maggiore and the main streets for all the great food. They also provide recommendations for places to eat and activities. I went to Ristorante Teresina, so lovely. Down a quiet alley with great service and even better bolognese. Most importantly, Greta was super helpful and patient with my jet...

「The apartment was fine, kitchen, bed and bathroom are fine. Lots of towels which is nice. The only strange thing was that we booked an apartment that had a specific location that we chose because it was convenient and safe. The apartment we got however was at a totally different location where we did not feel so safe at night. The airco placement right across the bed is not the best since you get a dry mouth and nosebleeds. But all in all we had a good stay and the apartment itself was good...
