「No pets, room was not properly cleaned, desktop was dirty and smudged and had obviously not been wiped. Coffee cup appeared to have the bottom of one chewed off by a mouse I would guess. No coffee supply in room and coffee maker was left with a pot of coffee full on it and the coffee pods were left in the machine. Very dissappointing.」
