「What a fabulous wee gem of a motel! Everything was perfect… even if the weather wasn’t so great. The loch just outside the hotel was brimming with wild trout and my husband loved fishing from the bank(included with stay). The deer paid a visit and looked in the window while we were watching the World Cup. The room is beautifully appointed, containing everything required and more… very comfortable bed and linen, great shower pressure, heated towel rail , perfect little kitchen to self cater....

「Drumbeg is a tiny town, but we were very pleased with our one-night stay. Owners were very courteous. We had one of the best dinners of our entire trip, alone with great food, great views, and Scottish music playing (everywhere else plays American music). Then we went to the bar for some drinks, good chats, and some pool. We even got a takeout breakfast since we left early. Would gladly stay there again.」

「We had a great time at this hotel. We were there 2 nights and it was very easy to get in the car and see all of Isle of Sky from there. The property was under some construction but they did a good job of keeping it mostly away from the rest of the hotel. 「It is a great view! Easy to park just over the road. Plenty of breakfast items and fruit provided. It was a bit cold when we arrived but once the heating was on we warmed up. Bed comfy, big telly.」

「Extremely disappointing stay. I booked for 3 people, but the room was only suitable for 2. The third bed was tiny, rock hard and not fit for proper sleep. I could not let my son sleep on it, so I had to use it myself and eventually ended up on the floor. After driving over 8 hours, this completely ruined what was meant to be a nice family trip.
