"Room was lovely and clean the one thing i found though the light that comes on when leaving the room does not come on straight away and takes a couple of minutes to come on which could be very dangerous "

"Very clean room and excellent hard working staff. Breakfast was very good. Some parts of the hotel and rooms were a bit dated, such as the TVs and air con turned off from October to March. But otherwise all in a good condition and perfectly acceptable hotel"

"Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am. From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. "

"Extremely convenient accomodation especially if you travel for work. Nice and clean three separate bedrooms, spacious lounge and kitchen with back patio. Seriously surprised. The property might not look appealing from outside but the experience changes as soon as you walk in."

"Flawless from start to finish "

"Guest house not finished; hard to find, not expected, room not cleaned - had to flush toilet on arrival and carpet still had builders dust. Flooring not complete, missing bits by toilet and sink. Door frame not finished painting. Television mounted behind bed head so can't be watched in bed - didn't work anyway as it was not connected to anything. Toilet seat was not fixed properly. Hand basin was small and, instead of a mirror above it, there was a bathroom cabinet that prevented anyone leaning over the basin to wash face or brush teeth. No bedside light. Nowhere to hang clothes. Bare wire sticking out from wall by light switch (not power cable thank goodness). Smoke detector and heat detectors fitted but heat detector still had cover over it. It could be good but should never have been on market in this state."

"The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars."
