"Excellent hotel! The rooms with the separate living space was great to have, the decor was very modern yet inviting, and the service was great as well! No complaints except the shower was lower so I feel like a tall person might have a hard time. Would definitely recommend and would use the hotel again!"

"After I woke this morning I noticed the bed sheets were lifted off the mattress. I went to put them back on and I noticed something on the mattress (under the sheets). I small gathering of black round balls of something. I nearly jumped out of my skin. After further examination, I discovered the mattress protector sheet is covered in brown spots. "

"This is a beautiful old building. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the Alamo. Nice location for walking along the Riverwalk, only a couple blocks away. They do a very nice breakfast buffet and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Jasmine. "

"The facility is like most Hampton Inns, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and always with a smile. Breakfast was very, good, hot and fresh. Room was clean and as a king bed suite, roomy with desk and couch. Area is not the best, mostly because there is not much around, kind of desolated. But 3 blocks away you have everything from mall, riverwalk, The Alamo, and downtown San Antonio. The price was unbeatable and we would stay again without any problem. "
