"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Great hotel with good food and very friendly staff. Nice rooms and nice sauna/swimming pool facilities. The bus towards the slopes stops directly in front of the hotel, so there's no need of taking the car."

"Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Umgebung mit Bergbahnen, aussichtsreichen Wanderungen und Unternehmungen super vielfältig. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein Traum. Die Wanderungen mit Barbara absolut zu empfehlen, man lernt viel über die Region. Zum Abschied gab es sogar Wasser, Äpfel und einen kleinen Laib Brot. Vielen Dank für diese erholsame Zeit! "

"Wir waren nur zwei Nächte vor Ort , aber von der Unterkunft begeistert. Die Lage war toll, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Kinder haben das Spielzimmer geliebt (gerade die Möglichkeit für Xbox und PlayStation) und das Schwimmbad war auch sehr schön und vor allem warm. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir gerne länger. "
