Great hotel with good food and very friendly staff. Nice rooms and nice sauna/swimming pool facilities. The bus towards the slopes stops directly in front of the hotel, so there's no need of taking the car.

What a great stay

Very welcoming and friendly staff. They did everything they could to make it an enjoyable stay for me. Goran was incredibly kind and made sure I got some dinner when I arrived late one evening. The hotel is in a beautiful setting in a quiet little town up the mountain. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay

Lovely birthday weekend, prepared a cake on request as a surprise for my better half. Lovely wellness area, peaceful area overall with summer card allowing free access to the mountain tops. Breakfast and dinner was also ok.

Clean rooms, quiet area,has plenty to offer for all ages,plenty of parking. Thank you very much that we where able to check in soo late! Our plane arrived late in munich,and we got stuck in traffic, but we got a warm welcome.

The staff here are all so wonderful. Vladimir, Dragi and the lady owner took care of me very well. The breakfast was very filling and the coffee was amazing. Vladimir was able to check me in early and the room was very clean. The ski area is very close from the property and Schladming town is a 5 min drive. A lot of parking spaces in the area. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, gym and there's a table tennis area. Really wonderful staff.

Kein 4* Wellnesshotel, sondern Fereinhaus- aber OK

Wo wir übernachtet haben war nicht schlecht, allerdings komplett anders als bei der Buchung angezeigt. Die Bilder sind von einen Hotel wo sich die Rezeption befindet, uns wurde aber einen Ferienapartment "Hubertus" einige hundert Meter entfernt zugeteilt. Für der Preis war es in Ordnung, nur eben keinen 4* Wellness Hotel wie erwartet. Die Rezeption waren fest davon überzeugt, dass alles auf der Buchungsplattform korrekt sei und meinen Fehler sei, naja. Das Apartment war ein nettes Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und Küche, wobei da wir ein 'Suite' gebucht haben, wir nichts zum Kochen dabei hatte. Die 'Zwei Doppelbetten' haben sich als Doppel+Einzel+Sofabett erschienen, hat für uns aber trotzdem gepasst. Für die Benutzung des Schwimmbades gäbe es einen Aufpreis von 20 € und 200 m Laufen auf die Straße in Badeschlapfen, haben wir dann nicht gemacht. Auf die Endrechnung stand plötzlich 50€ extra 'Reinigungsgebühr', auf Anfrage sei es 'Standard' gewesen. Beim Zeigen die gebuchten Preisaufschlüsselung waren Sie zumindest einsichtig. Das Restaurant Buffet (28€ pro Kopf) sah nicht besonders gut aus, direkt gegenüber 'das Landalm' Restaurant ist aber auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Also wer sich einen Mittelklasse Ferienhaus sucht kann nichts falsch machen, ist aber eben nicht wie die Bilder und wie erwartet.

Keinesfall 4 Sterne!!!! Abendessen in Buffetform gut, aber nicht nicht beschriftet und nichts besonderes. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und gut. Der Service war okay, aber wir mussten am Abend doch fast 10min. auf ein weiteres Getränk warten. Die Spa Angebote konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil wir im " Chalet " untergebracht waren, welches schon älter und abgewohnter war. ( der 2. TV funktionierte nicht). Ärgerlich fanden wir die unterschiedlichen Preisauszeichnungen, ungenaue bzw. falsche Auskünfte, was die Frühstückszeiten betrifft. Insgesamt ist das Hotel wohl eher für deutsche Urlauber ausgerichtet, die länger bleiben.
