"Cheap and cheerful. Easy to find, nice location, easy check-in. Room was clean but toilet needed more attention as the seat wasn’t clean. The beds are like stone (very firm) so I didn’t sleep well and the air conditioning would not turn off whatever I tried so also had to listen to the noise all night. For the price, it was decent, but I wouldn’t use again simply because of the bed not being comfortable. "

The only criticism I have would be the staff who were very polite and professional when spoken to however could have been more attentive. "Convenient location halfway between the train station and the town centre. Really fantastic reception staff, lovely relaxing breakfast area overlooking the green, and very clean rooms including bathroom and kitchenette with new furnishings and fixtures. Downsides would be that the road-facing rooms are a little loud, and for a couple the bed is rather small. Neither were an issue for a single night stay but something to consider if staying for longer. Overall a positive experience though."
