University Arms, Autograph Collection
The grout in the bathroom was cracked, crumbled and missing in the shower flooring where you stand. Als, there was hard water buildup on the waterfall shower head.

Our room was very comfortable (especially the bed/mattress) and furnished to a good standard. Nice modern en suite facilities.
