"This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was nice. I noticed my itinerary said I have a resort credit. I don't know what that means and it didn't seem that they know what that means either? I don't know if that means something like I missed out on a chance for amenities like a credit towards food or something or if it means something else?"

"I have stayed at this property more times than I can remember or count. My disappointment is there is no coffee available in the lobby. I am an early riser and enjoy sitting in the quiet lobby having coffee before everyone else is up and the day begins. Please bring the complimentary coffee back!"

"We had to change are room because of a blind issue. They were very accommodating and prompt. The carpet in the hallway looked like it could use a good vacuuming."

"Everything was amazing, our room was alot bigger then we expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our only thing was that the hot tub may be having some problems, only a few jets worked and one was trickling cold water. But other then that we definitely recommend and we will stay there again!"

"I liked the setup of the location having easy access to the stairwell to the back entrance so I didn't have to walk from one side of the building to the other when I was staying. I could after a long day out in Portland get into the building and into my room safely and quickly."
