"Every person ,other than 2 staff members ( possible manager with a supervisor talking about rooms) said hello which was warming. Loved how most of the staff you could easily approach and ask for assistance (other than being sent to 2 diff places to get my locker fixed since it wouldn't lock). My room at first glance was very clean and the bed i could actually sleep on comfortably. I found what could've been jam and a lollipop under the table in the room which was fixed quickly. Easy check in...
