The check-in experience was quite disappointing. The front desk person appeared preoccupied and didn’t provide any information, such as the deposit, parking, breakfast options, or even bothered to guide me to the elevator. It seemed as if she assumed guests were familiar with these details. Additionally, the hotel only had one elevator serving the entire building, which significantly extended the wait, especially during peak hours. Despite these issues, the overall stay was satisfactory, including the breakfast.
