「Breakfast is very nice . But the smell in room not good」

「We paid over $1000/night For a single king room. I asked for two extra pillows 3 days in a row and finally I received those two extra pillows. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and made it seem like they were there to help but service was slow and many times I was not even getting my room service till after 4:00 p.m. Additionally, when we arrive we were told we had all the free water we'd like and we've asked several times. Never received any water. For the price I paid for a king...

「Great hotel! Pool was lovely. Everything was nice and clean. They were able to accomodate a later checkout. The shuttle to town was amazing. Would definitely stay again but the shower needs much better water pressure! 」

「My sec time vacation for my bday in Opal resort . Booked last min.however ,the Hotel restaurant " Drift " bartender not nice .We had dinner at bar not even once bartender greeting . No service . no water for us.very mean . ruined my bday . $5300 flight with 3 nites hotel are not worth it this time. Won't go back again 」
