"The Highliner suites hotel has been newly renovated. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities were perfect (mini keurig, microwave, tea, coffee, fridge, complimentary water and shampoo, conditioner, soap etc in the bathroom. The rooms were spotless and fresh. The availability of sockets and USB ports for charging was fantastic - lots of extra ones without having to unplug things in the room. There was complimentary tea/coffee in reception along with light breakfast food - fresh fruit, muffins, danish pastries etc. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This is definitely a place I would go back to."

"Nice hotel but extremely long corridors. Decent location in downtown Anchorage. Good for an overnight visit before a cruise departing from Whittier. The narrated bus tour to Whittier picks up from outside the hotel and takes you to the cruise terminal."
