"I booked 3 rooms all together at the same time and rate. When checking in I asked why one room was more expensive? The security guard at the desk said he couldn't help to answer the question. I asked the next morning and the desk attendant said she was to busy to look up why? I would like an explanation and a refund of the higher charge for one room. Thank you."

"The staff this trip there were very nice and helpful. I had a small issue with the shower but they fixed it right away. Wish tje Hotel had breakfast. Coffee was good and it was quite even being a busy Alaska summer weekend. Ill be staying there again soon."

"Rooms were clean on arrival and occasional during the week. Bed was very comfortable. This is an extended stay type property. We didn’t use the kitchen other than for coffee, it is sparsely stocked with pots and pans and a few plates and cups. The staff was very helpful when we needed their assistance. Parking is free and right next to the entrances. Could use a little more counter space around the bathroom sink."
