"I flew in on a red eye and the front desk employee was nice enough to waive the early check in charge which I appreciated because I was extremely tired and needed sleep. The room was clean and quiet. The shower soap dispenser was broke but I was able to get what was needed to take a shower so wasn’t a big deal. There were only two large bath towels. Could have used a few more but again I made it work. The toilet ran all night long but I just closed the bathroom door so I didn’t hear it after that. Very large tv in the room but the resolution on it wasn’t very good. I didn’t eat the continental breakfast however because I had family that took me to Gwinnies down the street. Highly recommend that place. It was delicious. But as for the hotel and staff, it’s was good and staff was nice. Thank you."

"We had a view of the mountains, it was perfect, less than 5 minute walk to any museum, restaurant, and/or activity. Utilize the bus! They do not have a shuttle to and from the hotel, DO NOT ORDER AN UBER. there is a bus that takes you exactly a block away from the hotel, and a bus straight to the drop off of the south terminal! Lovely views, excellent staff, and have bag storage for if you have a later flight after check out. Overall, place was exactly what we needed!"

"This property has been updated and overall nice stay. Close to train station so you do hear horn. Bed was comfortable. It was an overnight stay so didn't get to explore Anchorage. Also there is a free shuttle from airport and to train station"
