"Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. "

"Room looks great the bathroom area is a wow factor, amenities left are brilliant the fruit and milk, orange juice is all fabulous.location is great at the top of the high street , inside the building very smart and welcoming. However the building outside looks run down and grubby Parking is definitely an issue however we found a carpark and left car all over the weekend and just made sure we used the app to pay in the morning.Room does obviously have damp issue as we where in the basement ,no real ventilation apart from a humidifier. But as we weren’t staying long nothing to really worry about .perfect stay overall , didn’t meet any staff but the cleaning was done and bed made so thumbs up for that . "

"Stayed 2 nights whilst hiking the Ridgeway and surrounding areas - a great base for getting to the amazing surrounding areas. The pub was very friendly with a friendly welcome and a pleasant bar. There are lots of good food options in Marlborough although I ended up eating in the pub both nights as the food was very reasonably priced and very tasty and with a good selection of beers on tap. The room was comfortable and clean although quite dated and it was quite noisy until late as it was above the bar. The shower worked well and there was ample supply of tea bags and milk. It was easy to leave early in the morning as there is a fire escape that can be used for out of hours exit."
