「The warmest hospitality. Immaculately clean room and set up. 」

「This is an excellent location, about 15-20 minutes outside of Galway. The room was clean, included two twins and was comfortable. We were on the top floor which was up two flights of stairs, only annoying when bringing the luggage in. There was parking for about 6-8 vehicles in the back, we didn't have trouble finding a space but the lot was full each morning. Breakfast started at 8:30am which wasn't an issue for us but was later than we expected. You order off the menu at the restaurant and it...

「Staff was very kind & the whole room was clean. Awesome location as well. There is occasionally a very cute dog who will be with reception, he loves a good belly rub. The rooms are smaller but thats super common in europe, especially if its not a chain like marriott or hilton (but the big chains dont have nearly as much character as the independent/ boutique hotels) 100% recommend staying here!」

「This is good for those who just ned a bed at the end of the day and are more up for site-seeing. Its provides the basics. Location was good for me that I was away from the city center it was quiet it was Secure very minimal of course because it's College residence it was a 30-minute walk to go downtown but only a 10-minute walk to Tesco & 15 min where the boutique shops were located. 」

「The toilet kept running all night, then ran out of water in the middle of a shower. Texted the property owner, who failed to respond. The staff at the coffee shop below was very nice, and they tried to help, but they did not get a response from the property owner either.」

「Very bare bones hotel, no tea/coffee, water glasses, tv, etc. Fine if you are in and out for one night, but simply just a room with a bed.」

「We booked two rooms at this property only to be told upon arrival that they had misread the booking and only were in a position to give us one room, this was due to the fact they had just sold the other room, good way of making extra money. We did ask the hotel for a return on the other rooms cost but they declined and laughed saying well at least we have one room for you. Would never use this hotel again and would advise Hotels.com to remove it from their site.」
