The staff were really friendly and helpful, including Porters next door (good wine bar/restaurant associated with the hotel). It’s a remote check in/check out but we were sent clear instructions ahead of the booking with a contact host to call when we arrived. 「A new Hotel so obviously everything was brand new. Some of the staff are still training so was a bit slow at times but that's an observation and not a criticism. Good Price Parking available although at £10 its a bit cheeky. 24hr bar is a nice touch. Not that 24hrs were needed but a late drink and going to bed when you are ready is more hospitable.」
