「property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

「Wow! What an incredible place! Lovely location, and an absolutely spotless apartment. Beautifully designed and with everything needed such as a dishwasher and utensils, all done to an incredibly high standard. The photos on the listing are spot on. The finish, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, is really high end and even things like the bed sheets are super soft and comfy. 「The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout.
