「The room and property were clean but the staff was nowhere to be found unless in was time to check in or check out. I chose the hotel for the pool and it was out of order both nights I was there(Fri&Sat). There was one pop machine on the property and it didn't work either. Biggest problem was I booked a king nonsmoking -accessible through the web site and paid for it at booking. When I arrived , we were placed in a King -non smoking regular. Not what I booked. 「Clean comfortable rooms.」

「comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!」
